Back in 2019 I first contacted Dimitri regarding a repair to my 41 year old garage door that needed to last me a few more years. He answered his phone on the first call showed up when he said he would show up. Fixed what need to be fixed. Fast forward 2020 when it was time to replace my 41 year old I knew who I could call Dimitri! Once again showed up when he said he was going to show up gave me a quote. I shopped around and got a few other quotes some way higher, some that were demanding a non refundable deposit and with 4-8 week waiting period for the door. From my first experience with Demitri back in 2019 this was a no brainer. I called Demitiri advise him that we were going to go with him. Three weeks later the door was installed.
